NEEL 43 voted one of the world's top 10 boats

As every year, SAIL magazine awards the SAIL BEST BOAT 2023 prize. 
This year, the jury, composed of expert journalists specialized in the world of sailing, decided to elect "The Top 10 Best Boats of 2023", disregarding any criteria of category or size.
