Sir Pelle Petterson is a leading figure in Swedish yachting, recognized as a naval architect, industrial designer and top-level skipper. Although he did not found a shipyard of his own, he worked closely with several yards to bring his designs to fruition.

Over 100,000 boats have been built to Pelle's designs, including Nimbus and Maxi Yachts.
