Dean Catamarans was a South African shipyard specializing in the construction of high-end sailing and motor cruising catamarans.
Founded in 1985 and run by Peter Dean and his son, the company was based in South Africa .

The shipyard has earned a solid reputation for its robust, well-designed catamarans, suitable for blue-water cruising. Its iconic models include the Dean 365, Dean 441, Dean 5000 and Dean 440 Espace .

Dean Catamarans ceased operations in 2012.
