Ste Étude de carènes

Société d'Études de Carène (SEC) is a shipyard based in Saint-Mandrier, in the Var region of France.
Founded by Serge Gallian, SEC made its name building racing and pleasure yachts, including the famous Kriter V.
The company was renowned for its innovations, such as the use of plasticized marine plywood, and for its collaborations with renowned naval architects such as André Mauric.

However, SEC was active from 1940 to 1980.
