Wauquiez

A life dedicated to building extraordinary boats - that was the destiny of Henri Wauquiez, who gave his name to our shipyard in 1965.
To describe a Wauquiez, there's no need to pile on the superlatives. Safe, high-performance, comfortable boats for all those whose lives are punctuated by a passion for the sea.

The first emblematic model, the Centurion 32, designed by Kim Holman, was launched in 1968 and produced in 380 units. This yacht is renowned for its sturdiness and seaworthiness, and remains sought-after on the second-hand market.

Wauquiez has developed several ranges of sailing yachts that have left their mark on the history of yachting:

  • Centurion: high-performance, elegant yachts like the Centurion 57.
  • Pilot Saloon: ocean-going cruisers with bright deck saloons, such as the Pilot Saloon 42, 48e and 58.
  • Gladiator, Praetorian, Amphitrite: classic models appreciated for their build quality and comfort at sea.

These yachts are designed to deliver exceptional performance at sea, thanks to their innovative design and the use of high-quality materials.
