Germany-based Bavaria Yachts, a renowned German boatbuilder, expanded its portfolio in 2014 by acquiring Nautitech Catamarans, a French shipyard specializing in high-end cruising catamarans.

This acquisition enabled Bavaria to offer a complete range of catamarans under the Nautitech brand, while retaining German manufacturing quality and French design.
