Trawler

Trawler is the name given to a motor monohull or catamaran pleasure boat. In France, a trawler is a type of boat generally less than 20 meters long, less than a yacht.

Originally, it was the name given to fishing vessels converted into pleasure craft.
In the 1970s, several shipyards, most of them American, specialized in the construction of pleasure trawlers.

Today, several French shipyards build this type of boat, in particular Fountaine Pajot with its Trawler Catamarans range and Rhéa Marine, which offers monohulls such as the Trawler 43 and Trawler 47.
