Nautitech 40 open
Delivered in 2023 by Nautitech to a Marc Lombard design, GAIA is a Nautitech 40 Open in the three-cabin owner’s version, well known for her seakeeping, comfortable living space and sailing performance.
Ordered new with an outstanding level of equipment: Comfort version, 2 x 50 hp engines, Hydranet square-top sails, B&G Pack Nav Advanced electronics with radar, 600 Ah Victron lithium bank, 1,200 W of solar, water maker, Starlink… over €190,000 excl. VAT of options and additional equipment.
Nautitech’s “Open” concept creates a true continuity between cockpit and saloon, giving easy circulation, excellent natural ventilation and a panoramic view outside. The aft helm stations deliver the lively, responsive feel that sailors looking for a performance catamaran appreciate. It is also more sociable for the skipper, who stays with the crew while keeping full control of the boat.
With a hull signed by Marc Lombard, who had one built for himself, the Nautitech 40 Open is particularly reassuring at sea and performs well both upwind and downwind.
French flag. French VAT paid; lying in Martinique Boat available in March 2027
Lease financing (LOA) in place: lease takeover possible over a 7-year term (EU citizens only).
